What is Expressive Art?

Expressive Art is a creative process that focuses on self-expression rather than technical skill. It’s all about using art (we do it through drawing & painting here) as a way to explore thoughts, emotions and identity.

Unlike traditional art classes, expressive art isnt about creating something ‘perfect’, its about creating something personal. It invites you to let go of fear and judgement, tap into your inner world and make meaning through creativity. It’s a power tool for self-discovery, healing and authetic connection with yourself and others.

Why should you join a workshop?

Because sometimes you just need a space where you can breathe differently. This workshop isn’t about learning skills, it’s a pause from the noise and importantly, a place to reconnect with parts of yourself that maybe you haven’t been able to make time for recently.

You don’t have to be ‘creative’ or artistically skilled, you just have to show up and let the process hold you. It’s not about making something perfect, it’s about making something real.
